Sarah has been treating my muscle spasticity and MS related symptoms for the past 18 months. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to my overall health and improvement of symptoms has been instrumental to my well being and quality of life. "Sarah is an outstanding trainer. I have worked out with her for almost 7 months. I told her when I started that I have a tendency to bulk up when doing weights; she heard my concerns and works my body in ways it has never been worked before, and the results are amazing! I don’t have issues with lower back pain anymore because of her and the problems I had with inner thigh muscles are now nothing but a memory. I had worked out for years in a gym by myself (used a trainer once) but did not realize that I was doing some exercises incorrectly; Sarah provides excellent instructions.
We worked on the Pilates Reformer she has in her studio for half of the time for the first 4 months and I was able to stretch parts of me I didn’t know I had. My flexibility is far greater now than when I started and I’m actually starting to enjoy stretching. Balancing had been an issue but with patience and perseverance on Sarah’s part, I am able to stand on one leg and do all manner of different exercises – it’s unbelievable. I highly recommend Sarah. She has taken my 53 year old body and made it do things it’s never done in its life, and I can honestly say that I now do them quite well. I am in better shape than I ever was in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, and hope to get stronger every week.With Sarah helping me I know it will happen".
